Week 1: Boost Your Self-Command Muscle
The first week you learn a core component: the 10-second PQ Reps that boost your self-command. This enables you to focus your brain rather than being “taken over” by your Saboteur-hijacked brain. Self-command is key to interrupting the pattern of runaway thoughts to rewire your brain to respond rather than react.
